Have you contacted the utility? Complain to the utility and demand removal. It could also be a sign of an electrical problem, and they should attend to it right away. Good luck.
I own a recording studio in Kensington, MD and have been trying to hunt down the source of a noise that is airborne in our building. This noise is most definitely coming from PEPCO.
I may need to sell my unit if I can’t locate and terminate this source which will cause me to in turn close my business.
