KPFA interview – Smart Meter Lawsuit

Yesterday on KPFA 94.1 Layna Berman, host of Your Own Health and Fitness talks with EMF Safety Network director Sandi Maurer about Smart Meters, and the legal action against the utilities and regulators in California.  Covered is both a review of the basic Smart Meter problems and complaints, and some new information about how the California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) and PG&E have never addressed or resolved the serious complaints, but only offered an opt-out with penalty fees.

There is an intro by Layna Berman, followed by commentary by Dr. Jeff Fawcett, followed by the Smart Meter discussion. You can access the show at: http://www.yourownhealthandfitness.org/Sage/20120828.mp3

  1. I HAVE A QUESTION THAT HAUNTS MY CONSCIOUSNESS
    ………………………………………………………………………………………………………….
I have a question that repeatedly haunts my consciousness.
Can the executives of a Privately Owned Monopoly Utility Cartel, such as is
operational in California; facilitated by a corrupt CPUC commission, acting in direct defiance of it’s mandated Mission, who have forced dangerous wireless smart meter devices on people’s homes to replace relatively very safe devices; new devices which reasonably may be expected to cause genetic damage over time to those significantly exposed to the meter devices; can these executives of this utility cartel be trusted to safely manage Fukushima type or any type of nuclear power generators in California?.
    …………………………………………….* * * *…………………………………………………………
The intentional genetic assault via forced wifi smart meter devices on millions of Californians’ homes by the private utility cartel Executives in alliance with the corrupt [neutralized] CPUC should alert us to this other massive danger from these same executives who are in control of potential Fukushima-disaster type nuclear devices in California.
We do not know the agenda of the cartel executives; it is unnatural for a supplier of utilities to force genetically harmful devices on it’s customers; can we assume their agenda is different in the management of Fukushima-disaster-potential power plants in earthquake prone California; or that their competence and judgment are any better than what the wifi smart meter device assault has revealed it to be?
