  1. Sara, I have had Emf for several years now. It has recently morfed into a nerve issues such as tingling in my foot and up my leg and I my mouth and tongue. I’m also experiencing vibration sound sensitivity.
    I recently had to go to the hospital for a procedure and I was told that I would have to stay in the hospital for a couple of days. I was in a panic! I thought, how will I survive with all of the electromagnetic fields and WiFi around me! I was terrified.
    However, after the surgery I felt no EMF pain. My husband said, they have you on a electrolyte drip. Druring my stay I was free from EMF pain! It was Amazing! Shortly after they took out the electrolyte iv drip I started to feel the symptoms slowly coming back.
    When we got back home my husband when to the store and bought me water with electrolytes, it helped! In the past the only relief I had was soaking in a Epson salt bath. This was the first time I realized sodium could be a factor in relieavung pain or replenishing a deficientcy.
    Drinking water with electrolytes has improved my symptoms dramatically.
    I will try adding you suggestions to my daily routine.

  3. Checking for solutions to damage from EMF and aluminum would be to check out what is successful remedies that they have given to rats after exposing them to aluminum and EMF.
    Science Direct has scientific studies and one titled “Aluminum-induced neurotoxicity in rats: treatment with aqueous extract of Arthrophytum”. Malic acid is good, Glutathione was depleted so supplements would help, pomegranate peel powder worked as a strong antioxidant. Magnesium was depleted, as well as nicotinamidedinucleotide phosphate (NADPH) also another study for a successful antioxidant was wheatgrass powder.

  4. p.s.s.s. Magnesium is also depleted with physical exertion as well as stress and alcohol. Pumpkin seeds are high in magnesium and epsom salt baths are good as they are absorbed through the skin 100% as well as magnesium oil/lotion. I think drinking epsom salts can give you diarrhea which would cause further dehydration.

  5. P.S.S. Since it is attracted to liquid Sara, you should buy a cactus and place it by your ipad. NASA discovered that cactus plants absorb E.M. obviously attracted to the water content in the cactus. I also read that natural crystal salt lamps placed by your devices release negative ions which supposedly cancel out EM radiation. Ive seen pink ones that are from the Himalayas at bed bath and beyond. Eating non-conductive food is important. I would avoid American soy as it is cooked in big aluminum vats and bit parts fall into the soy. Soy is in many foods including bread and it blocks uptake of B-6. I read that EM also reduces Calcium,potassium, vit D, B-6, selenium,
    magnesium, copper. For protection-Iodine taken with selenium at same time(synergy) spirulina, curcumin. I read that the calcium deficiency causes ph balance. Calcium best uptake is with magnesium, together. I also read EM depletes glutathione which is an amino acid-can get in supplement form. By the way aluminum get stuck in your brain and its
    paramagnetic. I read extra virgin coconut oil can possibly move it out of the head, ingested and I think you should also look at “human magnetite” discovered in 1991 with high resolution devices and is the most magnetic substance on earth and there is 5 million chains of them in one gram of our brains and also in the retina of our eye and in the ethmoid bone so the m of the em is magnetic- so magnets attract. study what is diagmagnetic and you could come up with a shield idea. vinyl and plastic is a bit diagmagnetic and there is website for protection products called lessemf.com-good luck

  6. P.S. Dodie-salt looses it’s minerals after a month, especially if not in an enclosed container so that may be your problem

  7. Good question Dodie-I read that EMF radiation reduces vitamins and minerals, including potassium. You do not have to drink potassium as it is in many foods including parsley. I read that coffee drinkers are 50% less likely to get Alzheimers
    (related to EMF) as coffee restricts blood flow to the brain and
    that study confirms to me that EMF likes any type of liquid in our human bodies, including blood, so a cup of coffee just
    before computer use could help protect your brain.

  8. It seems like water and electrolytes, since they conduct electricity, would make the problem worse. Can you explain why this is not the case – why it actually helps? I have actually been drinking water and sea salt for the past 8 years and it has helped with so many things, but I still struggle with EMFs. Thank you so much.

    I have recently suffered from this but have also found the cure.

    The problem is an imbalance/deficiency in the body’s electrolytes.

    An electrolyte is the medical/scientific term for salts, specifically ions. Ions are atoms molecules in which the total number of electrons are not equal to the total number of protons, giving the atom a net positive or negative electrical charge.

    Your body fluids, blood, plasma, interstitial fluid (fluid between cells) and the fluid within every cell, contains different types of electolytes.

    Our bodies electrolytes are as follows:
    sodium (Na+)
    potassium (K+)
    chloride (Cl-)
    calcium (Ca2+)
    magnesium (Mg2+)
    bicarbonate (HCO3-) (This made within the body itself)
    phosphate (PO42-)
    sulfate (SO42-)
    Electrolytes are important because they are what our cells (especially nerve, heart, muscle) use to maintain voltages across their cell membranes and to carry electrical impulses (nerve impulses, muscle contractions) across themselves and to other cells.
    The electrical magnetic charge from iPad and iPhone etc will find the line of least resistance within our bodies, the nervous system, and a build up of electrical charge in the nerves and brain tissues can cause pain.

    I have been taking the above elements since I took the salt, which literally dissolved the pains away within hours, (just like a dose of salts). I then bought different electrolyte products; here are the ones I think have been most helpful.

    Maldon salt, most supermarkets. Contains Sodium and chlorine. (dissolve in water)
    Lo Salt – from any shop. Contains potassium and sodium. (dissolve in water)
    Epsom salts – Boots. Contains magnesium and sulphur. (dissolve in water)
    Phosphorous tablets – On line from Welwda.    
    Calcium tablets – Holland and Barrett.
    MicroMins – On line from NutriPLUS. Contains Magnesium, Chloride, Sulphate, Potassium and Sodium.
    ZERO Highs sports drink – Holland and barrett. Contains Magnesium, Chloride, Sulphate, Potassium and Sodium.

    I always take them with plenty of water after lunch or dinner. I’m still avoiding use of iPad or iPhone, but am able to use them without much of a problem, but am still occasionally noticing some effects from them, but nowhere near as much as before.
