US Senate Hearing on Cell Phones
U.S. Senator Arlen Specter held a hearing on “Health Effects of Cell Phone Use” on 9/14/2009. The following webcast runs 127 minutes. The second panel includes scientists from Israel, Finland, US, the Environmental Working Group and from the CTIA. Dr. Devra Davis presentation starts at 73 minutes. Dr. Davis received a hearty round of applause for her testimony. An emphasis on precaution and reducing risks by using a wired ear piece was a question repeated by Senator Tom Harkin.
