  1. It helped keep a toxic device off her home. This has nothing to do with teaching kids to pull a gun to win an argument. The utilities are wrong to use force and intimidation to install a SM on anyone’s home.

  2. Texas law states that the Utility owns the electric meter. And that the Utility has the right to access their property for readings, maintenance, installation or removal of the meters and that this access is not tresspassing. Any meters that are not accessible because of the building owner may have their service terminated.

    If you don’t like the law then talk to your law maker or go to court. How does pulling a gun on the line worker help. Do we teach are kids that pulling a gun is the way to win an arguement or to fight the law? There’s always someone with a bigger gun.
